White Paper on improving the quality of life for residents with hearing loss in care homes.

Look out for our White Paper in collaboration with Care England and Nightingale Hammerson. The full document will be available on the 24th of June 2025. For now, here’s a taster with the executive summary.

When residents with hearing loss are not adequately supported, it leads to increased anxiety, depression and social isolation, with higher risks to physical health issues including falls. From our many years of successfully collaborating with homes, our motivation for this Paper is to share what we have found works to address the suffering of residents with hearing loss.

Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments. We are keen to engage with homes that want to address these issues and make a difference to the lives of residents living with hearing loss. Every care home situation is different and always offers an opportunity for learning.
