This option involves identifying key Project Leads within your group to work closely with our experts. They will guide the implementation of the project across all services in your organisation. It comprises of 4 components and is implemented over twelve months
What components are included?
E-learning courses for all staff
Project Leads will undertake three one-day face-to-face workshops with our experts. They will be given tools to audit care environments, devise action plans and work with management to deliver the project across all services in your organisation
Hearing Loss Champions training (one-day course, max 15.) Champions will become skilled in hearing aid maintenance, accessible environments and advocacy for people with hearing loss
Consultancy and support for the organisation’s Project Leads and Champions, face-to-face, online or by phone (approximately 8 hours delivered flexibly over a year)
Why is over 12 months?
You then have the flexibility as an organisation to get staff involved, embed new procedures, new ways of working and then assess the impact of the culture change
Cost for care groups up to 10 homes = £4,000 plus online training @ £15 per participant
